Code of Behaviour

Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd takes the Code of Behaviour very seriously.

• On arrival each day our Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd would take the time to seek permission to enter a site or facility before commencing work and record, in the Site Visit Log, if necessary the details of all representatives working at the Site or Sites that day.

• Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd representative/s will avoid talking with, touching or interacting with any children or residents or other users of the site or Facility except where the Work requires it or in an emergency or safety situation.

• Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd representative/s will only use approved toilets and other Facilities, unless the person in charge of the site or Facility gives written authority to use alternative arrangements.

• The work area will not be able to be used or accessed by children, or residents or other users of the site or Facility while Work is in progress.

• Clear signs and barricades (where appropriate) will be used to prevent any inadvertent or unauthorised access.

• Appropriate privacy will be maintained when working on toilets and similar Facilities. 

• Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd representatives will ensure that toilets and similar facilities are not occupied or in use by children, residents or other users before entering to perform work, and that work does not continue when use of the Facilities is required. 

• Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd representatives will wear a uniform that is tidy, in good condition at all times when on Site or Sites.

• Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd representatives will report any concerns about children’s behaviour or child abuse to the person in charge of the site or Facility.

• Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd representatives will respect, diversity, understanding and appreciation of differences, regardless of Race, Religion, Colour, Sex, Status, Sexual Orientation and Nationality.

Code of Conduct Policy

Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd representatives will mirror all commercial partners ethical standards and practices.

Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd representatives endeavour to 

• Comply with any procurement policies and procedures 

• Provide accurate and reliable advice and information

• Declare in writing any current and/or potential conflicts of interest arising.

• Not engage in any collusive practice including offering Spotless employees

• inducements or incentives

• Not disclose confidential information

• Provide fair value for money in supplying all goods and services

Additional Layers

• Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd will ensure remuneration payable to relevant employees and all Payroll Tax due in respect of the work done under the contracts.

• Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd will ensure employees fair wages, benefits and entitlements based on award rates, as determined by the type of property, comparable job or trade classifications, applicable to Federal or State Employment Standards and the scope and complexity of services.

• Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd has ensured payroll systems are in place to ensure wages and benefits are administered and paid in full, on the due date.

• Stott Enterprises Pty Ltd has complied with all jurisdictional labour laws governing wage requirements
